About Me

I grew up in St. Louis, MO, but I've been very fortunate to call the beautiful city of Charleston, SC, my home for the past 10 years.  The history, the friendly people, the beaches -- what's not to love?!

I believe my background in science is reflected in my photography, not only in my choice of subject matter but also in my curiosity to see 'how things work'.  My macro lenses are my favorite tools because they allow me to capture, and share with you, the beauty and the intricate details that are invisible to the naked eye.
